4. Recipients
Data are processed by personnel authorised by the Controller and may be communicated to: the provider of hosting, website development and maintenance services (Nahweb di Juan Carlos Blangetti, appointed data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR); email service providers; consultants and professionals (e.g. accountants) bound by confidentiality; public authorities where required by law. Data are not disseminated.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Data are stored on servers located in the European Union. No transfers outside the European Economic Area are carried out.
6. Security
We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to the reserved area protected by hashed passwords and optional two-factor authentication, request rate limiting, regular updates, minimisation and pseudonymisation of statistical data.
7. Your rights
You can exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Articles 15-22 GDPR), and withdraw any consent given without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country.
